New Family Enrollment
Application Process for Students from Families Not Currently Enrolled at Avicenna
1. Fill out application and turn in to Avicenna Academy. Applications may be submitted through the mail, by fax or by email. No application will be considered complete prior to the receipt of the application fee.
2. Once the application has been received and processed, you will be asked to set up a time to visit the campus. During this visit, your child will be academically assessed and will interview with the Principal.
3. After the interview and academic assessment results are reviewed, you will be contacted to set up a final appointment with the Principal. During this meeting, we will discuss student placement and a tuition contract will be presented.
